Conducting the diagnosis with members in the organisation is a key intervention in this process: it will provide stakeholders with the required insight and understanding to reflect on and review the organisation.
By cooperating as such, we determine the required interventions. We do not aspire to come in as ‘the expert’, but chooses to take a role in which we give the client and its organisation the support and tools to shape the required change process.
